In order to predict the change of sheet metal forming and improve the reliability and mass production of tool design,our engineers work in mould before the design, conduct finite element analysis on the product. With reference to the analysis results, the tool structure and detail design were optimized greatly improved. The frist pass rate of tool test is high.

SINGLE STEP DIES

Single stage dies are dedicated to a single purpose such as blanking, piercing and drawing. They are used for simple parts or parts that need a single process to finish them. During this tooling process, which also employs punching, blanking, embossing, bending, forming, drawing, flanging, coining, and more, a part is either loaded by hand (manual dies) or loaded by machine tending robots (transfer dies) onto a die’s surface.

PROGRESSIVE DIES

Progressive die stamping encompasses many progressive steps where the raw material is pressed simultaneously and sequentially in an automatic feeding system. Each step is built on the previous step until the desired shape is achieved. All these steps have the same basic setup with some possible variations. We will use computer-aided design (CAD) software and analytical programs to create and prove-out highly accurate, unambiguous designs.
DEEP DRAWING DIES

Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. It is always accompanied by other forming techniques within the press. These other forming methods include beading, bottom piercing, curling, trimming and other process. One of an important aspect of deep drawing die design is material selection. The material chosen for the die should have good wear resistance, toughness, and high temperature strength. The most commonly used materials for deep drawing dies are tool steels, which are known for their high hardness and wear resistance.
TRANSFER DIES

Transfer die stamping is similar to progressive die stamping process, the only difference being that the part if free from metal strip. The part is transferred from one station to another by a mechanical transport system. It is typically used for producing large parts like tube applications, frames, shells, and structural components.Some material we use: trippeer is SKD11 or D2; pinch & die is SKD11, SKH9 or CARBIDE.
